I do not know any appraisers in the Columbus area as I am out in Southern California, but have you done a quick search on eBay or in general a Google search? You might be able to see how others are valuing the picture even if you don't or cannot go to an appraiser. I would type in the artist's name or any particular information you can provide. The art looks familiar to me, so I bet there might be information out there to help.
