I just digitized and uploaded family home video from my June 1993 AstroWorld park visit.  I loved this park growing up and went three times before it was sadly closed.  There was so much history here including numerous first of their kind rides documented elsewhere.  I was reminded that AstroWorld included great entertainment as well; they still had a diving how in their "Aquarena" and a 180-degree projection show; both of which had already been removed from my home park, Six Flags Over Texas.  The "Greezed Lightin'" was my favorite coaster, though this season was all about the new for '93 "Batman The Escape" stand-up coaster (relocated from Six Flags Magic Mountain). 

Memories sweet...this and Opryland should still be with us!!
