Let’s have a picnic! Join ACE Eastern Great Lakes at Stricker’s Grove for Picnic at the Grove on Sunday, June 29, 2025!
This is a rare opportunity to get two elusive wooden coaster credits on a day when the park is not open to the public.

Stricker’s Grove is a private family-owned amusement park located northwest of Cincinnati, Ohio.
The park is home to two wooden roller coasters. The Teddy Bear, an ACE Coaster Classic, is a wooden family coaster built using the blueprints of the original Teddy Bear at Coney Island in Cincinnati. The Tornado, the larger of the two wooden coasters, is a mirror image of the John Allen-designed Jet Coaster from Rocky Glen Park.

Tentative Schedule:

• 12 :00 p.m. - 1:00 p.m.: Registration table open
• 12 :00 p.m. : Park opens
• 12:30 p.m.: All-day concession stand opens
• 1:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m.: Rides open
• 3:00 p.m. - 5:30 p.m.: Dinner buffet
• 5:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.: Rides open

Registration Includes:

• Admission and parking
• Access to all rides
• 18-hole mini golf
• All-day concessions including popcorn, cotton candy, sno kones, soft drinks, and soft-serve ice cream
• A dinner buffet of hot dogs, brats, melts, burgers, and sides
• Access to a covered, climate-controlled dining hall
  

Registration:

This event is only for ACE members and their guests. Event registration is required to participate in all of the activities organized and hosted by the American Coaster Enthusiasts and Stricker’s Grove.
