Join ACE Western Pennsylvania for its annual flagship event – KennyKon! This year, we celebrate the exit of a certain train engine and the rebirth of the Olde Kennywood Railroad, which reverts to celebrating the park's history including some fun blasts
from the pasts – and it will all be available to view up close with a Behind-The-Scenes Experience in the morning before the park opens. After being closed for an entire season, Kennywood's newest roller coaster, The Steel Curtain is back and
will be included in morning ERT, along with the park's oldest roller coaster, Jack Rabbit, celebrating its 105th anniversary! Speaking of anniversaries, 2025 marks the 75th year for Fall Fantasy Parades, and KennyKon falls on the first parade
of the season — and ACE will help to celebrate it! Nighttime ERT will include the classic Turtle and The Phantom's Revenge, which is undoubtedly one of the best night rides out there! Registered attendees will also enjoy a catered all-you-can-eat
picnic dinner and other surprises as well!
8:30 - 9:15 a.m. - Event check-in at Kennywood main entrance
9:15 a.m. - Attendees may enter the park
9:30 - 11 a.m. - ERT on Jack Rabbit
9:30 - 10:45 a.m. - Behind-the-Scenes Experience at the back loop of the Olde Kennywood Railroad
10 - 11 a.m. - ERT on The Steel Curtain
11 a.m. - 10 p.m. - Kennywood open for ACEers and the public to enjoy
4 - 7 p.m. - Soft drinks available in picnic pavilion
5 - 6 p.m. - All-you-can-eat picnic dinner featuring penne pasta with marinara; hot sausage with peppers & onions; oven-fried chicken; macaroni & cheese; baked beans; fresh fruit salad; assorted frozen novelties; and soft drinks
7:30 p.m. - 75th annual Fall Fantasy Parade
10 - 10:30 p.m. - ERT on Turtle
10 - 11 p.m. - ERT on The Phantom's Revenge
ACE Western Pennsylvania's famous ITOTs (Informal Take-Over Times) of rides will be scheduled throughout the day, and will include many classic Kennywood rides.
Event check-in aside, the schedule is tentative and subject to change.
This year, KennyKon takes place on the first night of Fall Fantasy, so the usual informal ACE Fall Fantasy event has been rolled into KennyKon! Some lucky attendees will enjoy an opportunity to represent ACE by riding the trolley in the 75th annual Fall
Fantasy Parade.
Height Requirements:
- Jack Rabbit - 48" to ride alone and 42" to ride accompanied by a supervising companion
- The Steel Curtain 52"
- Turtle - 46" to ride alone or otherwise must be accompanied by a supervising companion (infants not permitted)
- The Phantom's Revenge - 48"

Parking is free in designated areas.
Preferred parking is available for an additional fee and to those with appropriate season passes.
Cameras are not permitted on rides at any time.

To register, click the Register Now button below. Online registration is available until July 23, 2025, at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time.
All payments must be made by ACE members. Guests must be registered with ACE members, with payment from the member.
NOTE: Universe, ACE Western Pennsylvania's third-party event registration provider, offers an "Event Protection" insurance option during the registration process. This feature is NOT endorsed or recommended by ACE Western Pennsylvania.
Season Pass Discount: Please note that if you register as a season pass holder, you are responsible for bringing your valid season pass with you to the event and using it to enter the park, as otherwise no admission ticket will be provided.
No materials will be sent to you in advance. All materials (admission ticket, etc.) will be provided to you at the event.
After registering, you will receive an immediate email confirmation through Universe, our third-party registration/payment service. Within 72 hours of registering, a second confirmation will be sent direct from ACE Western Pennsylvania's regional representative
(blinkenheimer@aceonline.org). A few days prior to the event, those registered will receive an email with detailed information about the event and what to expect. This email will be sent from eventregistration@ACEwesternPA.org.
We suggest adding those email addresses to your contact list and/or safe-senders list, to avoid having them go to spam or alternate email folders. Note that emails will only be sent to the email addresses entered by the individual performing the registration.
If you register other members including friends and family, we suggest that you forward any informational emails along to them.
Note that you do NOT need to print tickets or have mobile tickets available when you check in on the day of the event.
Cancellation Policy: Refunds will be issued less a $10 per person processing fee through July 23, 2025. To cancel, contact Elena Marziale at 412.337.3813. No refunds will be issued after July 23, 2025.
Registrations are non-transferrable. Should you be unable to make it and wish to transfer your registration to another person, please contact ACE Western Pennsylvania Regional Representative Bill Linkenheimer at blinkenheimer@aceonline.org.

This year, KennyKon attendees are being offered discounted room blocks at not one, but TWO Holiday Inn Express locations! New for event attendees is the Holiday Inn Express & Suites on Lebanon Church Road in West Mifflin (15 minutes from Kennywood), listed
immediately below. The second hotel listed, is the Holiday Inn Express at The Waterfront, the location traditionally used for KennyKon (10 minutes from the park). We invite our out-of-town guests to choose the location that bests suits their preferences.
