Enjoy Wildwater Kingdom at Dorney Park with the American Coaster Enthusiasts for a splashtastic filled day of
great friends, a delicious lunch, water slide races and morning ERT on Aqua Racer and more slides!

This event is only for ACE members and their guests! Event registration is required to participate in all of the activities organized and hosted by
the American Coaster Enthusiasts and Dorney Park.

 

SPEND THE WEEKEND WITH ACE IN THE ALLENTOWN AREA!

Spend the weekend with the ACE Eastern Pennsylvania region! We'll get rolling with "It's a Thrill at Bushkill" (Bushkill Park) on Friday, May 30, then it's time for "Clowning Around at Dorney Park" (Dorney Park) on Saturday, May 31 and then we keep sliding along at "Slide with ACE" (Wildwater Kingdom) on Sunday, June 1. Enjoy all that the parks have to offer plus ERT on roller coasters and water slides, delicious meals, behind the scene tours, ITOTs and more! Registration for all three events ends on Thursday, May 15. 

REGISTRATION INCLUDES

• Admission to Wildwater Kingdom at Dorney Park
• A catered lunch
• 1 hour of morning ERT on Aqua Racer
• Extra ride time on Cascade and Lightning Falls
• Single day parking pass
• Aqua Racer slide race

TENTATIVE SCHEDULE

• 9:30-10 am: Event Check In
• 10-11 am: ERT on Aqua Racer
• 10:30 am: Aqua Racer Showdown
• 10:45-11 am: Extra ride time on Cascade and Lightning Falls** 
• 11 am-6 pm: Wildwater Kingdom open to public
• 11 am-9 pm: Dorney Park open to public
• TBA: Catered lunch

*Finalized event details will be emailed to all registered attendees the week of the event.

** Attractions may open earlier than scheduled if the slides are fully staffed and the park is ready

LUNCH MENU

All-You-Care-to-Eat - All-beef hamburgers (GF), brisket (GF), baked rigatoni (VEG), green beans (VEG, GF, V), garden salad (VEG, GF, V), tomato cucumber salad (VEG, GF, V), ice cream novelties (VEG), potato chips, seasonal fruit (VEG, GF, V) and unlimited Coca-Cola fountain beverages.

Please contact Mike Matscherz (mmatscherz@aceonline.org) if you have specific dietary restrictions that don't match the menu options and need to request a special accommodation. All requests must be submitted no later than the event registration deadline. Requests may be accommodated based on availability. ACE Eastern Pennsylvania cannot guarantee that the host park will be able to meet your request.

AQUA RACER SHOWDOWN

Join your fellow attendees for our first ever Aqua Racer Showdown!  No pre-registration will be required.  Simply be present at the Aqua Racer slide which is located near Wave Pool.  Attendees will complete in groups of 6 participants with the winners of each group competing in the final round to crown the Aqua Racer Showdown champion! 

Not interested in racing?  We have you covered!  We'll have a fun noise making device to help you cheer on the racers.  What is it?  You'll just have to come to find out!

REGISTRATION DIRECTIONS

• There is no late or day of registration option for this event.
• You must be a member of ACE to attend or be accompanied by a member who is also registered to attend the event. If only non-members are listed on the registration, please indicate the name of the registered member of whom you are a guest.
• Online registration is available until Thursday, May 15, 2025 at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time.
• No mail in registration will be available for this event.
• SEASON PASS DISCOUNT: You must also provide your full name and season pass number when registering for the event. Dorney Park will be using this information to confirm that your pass is valid and active. Please note that if you register as a season pass holder, you are responsible for bringing your valid season pass with you to the event and using it to be admitted into the park, as admission tickets will not be provided.
• No materials will be sent to you in advance. All materials (admission ticket, etc.) will be provided to you at the event.
• An email with information about attending the event will be sent to you shortly before the event.
• If you arrive after the scheduled check-in time, your registration materials will be left at the guest relations office at the park's main entrance. Note however that the guest relations office and/or park gates may not open until the park opens to the public, and therefore arriving late may cause you to miss morning ERT.
• Cancellation Policy: To cancel, contact Mike Matscherz at mmatscherz@aceonline.org. No refunds will be issued after May 16. Processing fees for online registration are non-refundable.

The Holiday Inn Express & Suites Allentown-Dorneyville is located across the street from Dorney Park, 20 minutes from Lehigh Valley International Airport (ABE) and 35 minutes from Bushkill Park.

RATE:

$159.00 per room per night (plus taxes and hotel fees).

Rate is valid for the nights of May 30 thru June 1, 2025. This rate is valid for a standard room with two queen beds. To make a reservation, call the hotel (610-437-9255) and tell them you're with ACE / American Coaster Enthusiasts.

DEADLINE:

Room must be reserved by April 30, 2025. Availability is limited and may sell out before the deadline date so reserve your room today. After this date, reservations will be accepted on a space and rate available basis only.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Individual cancellation available until 24 hours prior to check-in. Reservations canceled within 24 hours of check-in will be subject to one night’s room charges. Minimum length of stay requirements, if noted, supersede any cancellation affecting duration of stay.
