A full week, all-inclusive coaster trip to Sweden and Finland.

We will have ERT on Monster, Wildfire, Tranan, Tornado, Taiga and a lot more!

Trip Itinerary:

11-Jul Fri -- Meet at the hotel in Stockholm, Sweden.

• Welcome and receive your personal Viking Trip II bag!
• Stay at Scandic Järva Korg, Stockholm

12-Jul Sat -- Skara Sommarland

• Stay at Vildmarkshotellet, Kolmarden

13-Jul Sun -- Kolmården

• Stay at Scandic Järva Korg, Stockholm

14-Jul Mon -- Gröna Lund

• Stay at Scandic Järva Korg, Stockholm

15-Jul Tue -- Fururvik

• In the evening we will take the overnight ferry to Finland.
• Sleeping cabins are included for the crossing.

16-Jul   Wed -- Särkänniemi

• Stay at Scandic Tampere City

17-Jul   Thu — Power Park       

• Optional Karting Game (Practice, Qualification, Race)
• Minimum 30 people (Extra fee of 65€)
• Stay at GreenStar Jyväskylä

18-Jul   Fri -- Nokkakiven &  Tykkimäki

• Stay at R adisson Blu Seaside

19-Jul    Sat -- Linnimaken   

• Farewell Dinner

20-Jul    Sun -- End of trip – With a suitcase of great memories!

All transportation will be on bus coach and ferry.

Additional Information:

• We can only accommodate 75 passengers on the trip. If we reach 75, FULL is FULL! We will open a waiting list. There will be day invitations available. Please contact Jo Pools at jpools@aceonline.org if you want to be on the waiting list or the day invitations list.
• We have booked 30 double rooms and 16 single rooms, for 75 people + 1 bus driver in all the hotels.
• We provide Group lunches or food vouchers where possible.

Pricing:

Down Payment: €500 (All payments need to be in Euros. Use Wise for money transfers.) Down payment received means also that you're confirmed on the trip and will receive a confirmation.

Balance: The remaining balance needs to be received three months before the trip (mid April 2025).

Day Invitations: If you live in Sweden, Finland, Norway or Denmark or elsewhere and you want to join us for one or more days, there will be day invitations available. Please contact Jo Pools at jpools@aceonline.org if you want to be on the Day Invitations mailing list.

Total pricing depends on the number of people on the trip, as follows:

< 30 people on the trip

31-40 people on the trip

41–50 people on the trip

• Single room:   2100€ pp 
• Double room: 1620€ pp

51 – 60 people on the trip

61 – 75 people on the trip
