No Coaster Con 2025
The original middle-of-winter tradition for
members, guests and amusement park representatives
to visit, talk about the latest coaster news and enjoy a day of information, presentations and
surprises, at the
Hyatt Place O’Hare Airport in Rosemont, Illinois.

Event Schedule
- 7:30 am - 8:00 am: Check-In
- 8:00 am - Noon: Conference
- Noon - 1:00 pm: Lunch
- Buffet of green salad, potato salad, Vienna hotdogs, grilled burgers, BBQ chicken breast, assorted cheeses and toppings, kettle chips and assorted cookies.
- Per hotel management, absolutely no carry in food allowed)
- 1:00 pm - 6:00 pm: Conference
Guest Presenters
Park and industry representatives headline the agenda. A question-and-answer session with each park representative is a No Coaster Con tradition – an informal and fun opportunity to learn more about a favorite park or ride.
(Note to ACE Members: No Coaster Con presenters are guests of the American Coaster Enthusiasts and will be treated as such. Inappropriate comments, gestures or actions will not be tolerated and will be subject to disciplinary actions and or removal from
the event without refund.)

Registration:
- Member: $55
- Non-member: $70
- (Non-members may attend ACE events only as a guest of a member who is also registered to attend. Members are responsible for the actions and behavior of their guests.
- Cancellation fee: $15
- Cancellation Policy: Refunds will be issued, less a $15 per person cancellation fee, if ACE WGLR is notified by calling or texting 262.496.4098 no later than December 31, 2024.

Send completed registration information form with payment. Checks are accepted from members only; money orders are accepted from members and non-members.

Deadlines:
- Online: 12/30/2024 by midnight CST
- Mail-in: postmarked no later than 12/21/2024, with payment
A registration confirmation will be sent to the email address provided on your registration. However, no materials will be sent in advance. All materials will be received at check-in.
No late registrations will be accepted. Positively no day-of-event walk-in registrations will be accepted.

The Hyatt Place O'Hare is less than two miles away from O'Hare. Amenities include shuttle services from 5 am to 9:30 pm, complimentary hot breakfast, free WIFI, indoor pool and fitness center. The hotel restaurant serves breakfast, lunch and dinner.

From the North: I-94 E to I-294 S. I-294 to I-190 W (O’Hare). Take Exit 2A and follow signs for US 12/45 N (Mannheim). Continue to Hyatt Place, 6810 Mannheim Rd.
From the East: Follow I-80/94 to I-294 N, then exit at I-190 W (O’Hare). Take Exit 2A. Follow signs for US 12/45 N (Mannheim). Continue to Hyatt Place, 6810 Mannheim Rd.
From the Northwest: I-90 E to exit73. Follow signs to Elmhurst Rd. Turn left onto IL-72 Touhy Ave. Proceed on Touhy to US-12/45 (Mannheim). Turn right onto Mannheim to 6810 Mannheim Rd.
