Join ACE Pacific Southwest for a wild day at Wild Rivers. All attendees will receive a Wild Rivers souvenir bottle or cup with unlimited soft-drink refills for the entire day. Parking will be free for those who arrive before 10:00 a.m. and show their event ticket. Thereafter, parking will be at the regular rate of $25.

Event Schedule:
9:00 a.m.: Parking Lot Opens
9:15 a.m. – 9:45 a.m.: Arrival and check-in. Coffee, juice, bottled wWater, and donuts will be served to attendees
9:45 a.m. – 10:15 a.m. ERT.: “Ohana Kickoff” on two 6-passenger family raft rides Bora Bora Boomerango and Aquaconda. (Minimum height is 42”, 6 riders max, 1000 lbs max per boat.).
10:15 a.m.: First ride walk-back to Pelican Plunge water coaster, to give attendees the opportunity to ride before the park opens to the public. (48” height requirement with and our minimum and maximum weight requirements)
10:30 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.: Wild Rivers is open for everyone’s enjoyment.
1:15 pm: Group photo. Location TBD.
1:30 p.m. – 3:00 p.m.: Group picnic in Coconut Grove adjacent to the wave pool. Carne asada and polla asada taco bar with corn and flour tortillas, condiments, plus refried beans, corn with cojita cheese, and Spanish rice, lemonade and iced tea.
With 2-weeks advance notice, a vegetarian or healthy meal option available by request. Please make a request indicate on your registration.
2:00 p.m. – 2:25 p.m.: Q&A with Wild Rivers executives.
2:30 p.m.: Raffle!
3:15 p.m. – 3:45 p.m.: ACE take over of Tomcat Racers (mat racers)
5:30 p.m. – 6:00 p.m.: Dessert at Coconut Grove with serving novelty ice cream bars and chips.
6:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m.: “Wild ACE Coast & Slide-A-Rama” – ERT on Pelican Plunge water coaster and the four tube slides – Fiji Falls, Pipeline, Samoan Serpent, and Tiki’s Revenge. (48” height requirement for all rides with weight restrictions for Pelican Plunge)
7:00 p.m.: Event ends.

Inclement weather, equipment problems or other unforeseen circumstances may affect the above schedule. The park will do its best to provide ride times and rides as listed however, the schedule of events remains tentative and is subject to change based on the park's operational status and local health restrictions at the time of the event. The payment of registration fees by, for or on behalf of participants releases and holds harmless the American Coaster Enthusiasts Worldwide Inc., and its Officers, Directors, Executive Committee Members and representatives from any and all liabilities related to those activities. Members are expected to abide by ACE’s code of conduct at all times during the event, and are also responsible for the conduct of their non-member guests.
