amusement parks, legendary manufacturers, a delicious lunch, meet friends old and new, surprises, door prizes, silent auctions and more!
We will also be screening ACE's latest documentary,
"The Legacy of Schwarzkopf"
during lunch.
Registration Includes:
- Admission to Eastcoaster

Tentative Scheduler:
- 9 am - 10 am: Event check-in
- 10 am - 12:30 pm: Presentations
- 12:30 pm - 2 pm: Lunch
- 2 pm - 6pm: Presentations

- All-you-can-eat minestrone soup (VEG, GF, V)
- Tossed Caesar salad (VEG)
- Chicken parmigiana
- Five-layer meat lasagna
- Pasta primavera (VEG)
- Baked haddock topped with an herb cream sauce (GF)
- Roasted red bliss potatoes

The shirt features the state of Pennsylvania, icons representing each of the 5 major amusements in the Eastern PA region, trees that represent the many state forests and rivers (that cleverly look like roller coasters). The shirt is produced by
Gildan and is made of a cotton/polyester blend.
The men's shirt color is heather navy.
The women's shirt color is antique sapphire.
You can purchase your shirt(s) when registering to attend Eastcoaster. Shirts will only be available for pick up at Eastcoaster. Sorry but shipping is not available.

Registration Details:
- There is no late or day of registration option for this event.
- You must be a member of ACE to attend or be accompanied by a member who is also registered to attend the event. If only non-members are listed on the registration, please indicate the name of the registered member of whom you are a guest.
- No mail in registration will be available for this event.
- No materials will be sent to you in advance. All materials (admission ticket, etc.) will be provided to you at the event.
- An email with information about attending the event will be sent to you shortly before the event.
- Cancellation Policy: To cancel, contact Mike Matscherz at mmatscherz@aceonline.org. No refunds will be issued after January 16, 2025.

The Best Western Premier is located 15 minutes from Harrisburg International Airport (MDT), 15 minutes from downtown Harrisburg and 25 minutes from Hershey. The hotel is also the site of Eastcoaster.
Amenities include free parking, free wifi, indoor pool, fitness center, on site restaurant and bar and more. A free airport shuttle to Harrisburg International Airport (MDT) is available and is based upon availability during the times of

RATE: $159.95 per room per night (plus taxes and hotel fees). Rate is valid for the nights of January 31 thru February 2, 2025. This rate is valid for a standard room with one king bed and sofa or two queen beds. To make

CANCELLATION POLICY: All no shows and individual room cancellations received within 72 hours of the scheduled arrival will be billed at the contracted room rate.
Eastcoaster Bake Sale
The bake sale will be open throughout Eastcoaster. If you would like to donate baked goods or a matching monetary donation, contact Chris Smilek by email at: hobbym3@yahoo.com. All proceeds go to the ACE Preservation
Fund.
Sales Tables
Table reservations are available to registered attendees at a cost of $10 per table. (Limit of 2 table per vendor) There's an additional charge of $10 per table if access to power is requested. Sorry, no shared tables. Sales tables must be
