Join the American Coaster Enthusiasts of Eastern Pennsylvania at Knoebels for ACE Flies with the Phoenix on Saturday, July 27, 2024! Enjoy Knoebels with the American Coaster Enthusiasts for a fun filled day of great friends, award winning food, the Water Cup Challenge, morning ERT on Twister and evening ERT Phoenix, rated the #1 Wooden Roller Coaster in the World by Amusement Today's Golden Ticket Awards!
This event is only for ACE members and their guests! Event registration is required to participate in all of the activities organized and hosted by the American Coaster Enthusiasts and Knoebels.
Join ACE the day after ACE Flies with the Phoenix for our FIRST-EVER waterpark only event at Knoebels! Slide with ACE will take place at Knoebels' Crystal Pool waterpark on Sunday, July 28, 2024. Enjoy a relaxing day at the pool with morning ERT on all four waterslides and the splash pad.
REGISTRATION INCLUDES: One (1) $20 Knoebels Grove Card 1 hour of morning ERT on Twister 1 hour of evening ERT on Phoenix Event exclusive activities (Tour, Water Cup Challenge and more!) Option of including either one (1) Knoebels $20 Ticket Book or
no ticket book when registering for the event. Registered attendees will also be given one (1) coupon which is valid for the purchase of one (1) additional $20 ticket book for only $15 at the park! (a 25% discount!) Coupon redemption instructions
will be emailed to each registered attendee after the event registration has closed. On the day of the event, Knoebels will only be accepting ride tickets for their attractions. The POP (Pay-One-Price) option is not available. Attendees
will need to use tickets from a ticket book to enjoy the park's attractions during the day. (Operating hours are 12-9 PM). The event's ERT sessions don't require tickets and are part of the event admission.
WATER CUP CHALLENGE: It's the return of the Water Cup Challenge! Contest participants will ride the StratosFear drop tower while holding a cup of water. The challenge is to keep as much water in your cup as possible. Participants will ride the drop
tower 5 times. At the end of the challenge, the remaining water in each participant's cup will be measured and the participant with the most water remaining wins! Event attendees will be able to sign up for the contest after the event
registration has closed on Thursday, July 11, 2024. Contest rules and regulations will be distributed after the contest registration has ended and before the event day. You must be registered for the challenge to participate. Attendees
of ACE Flies with the Phoenix are welcome to watch and cheer on the contestants!
WARNING: Participants WILL GET WET while competing in the challenge.
MEAL: KNOEBELS GROVE CARD: Knoebels has won the Amusement Today Golden Ticket Award for BEST PARK FOOD in the world 18 times and ACE wants to give you the chance to experience it! Each attendee will receive a $20 Knoebels Grove Card which be redeemed at ANY Knoebels
food location at any time during the day. ACE suggests that you use your card at multiple stands to sample new to you treats or just stick with your favorites! It's your choice. Don't forget to buy a snack or drink and bring it with
you to the Meet and greet with the Knoebels family and staff!
TENTATIVE SCHEDULE: 10:30 AM-12 PM: Event Check-In at the StratosFear tower. 10:30 AM: Water Cup Challenge on
StratosFear (Sign up required to participate) 11 AM-12 PM: ERT of Twister and StratosFear. 12-9 PM: Knoebels open to the public TBA: Meet and greet with the Knoebels family and staff. General announcements and Water Cup Challenge
winner.
9-10 PM: ERT on Phoenix
* Attendees are encouraged to use their Knoebels Grove Card to buy a snack or drink and enjoy it with your fellow ACErs during the Meet and greet with the Knoebels family and staff *

REGISTRATION DIRECTIONS: There is no late or day of registration option for this event. You must be a member of
ACE to attend or be accompanied by a member who is also registered to attend the event. If only non-members are listed on the registration, please indicate the name of the registered member of whom you are a guest. Online registration is available
until Thursday, July 11, 2024 at 11:59 PM Eastern Time. No mail in registration will be available for this event. No materials will be sent to you in advance. All materials (ticket book, Grove Card, etc.) will be provided to you at the event. Please provide an email address so that information about the event can be sent to you after registration has closed. If you have registered in advance and arrive after the scheduled check-in time, your registration materials will be left at
the Guest Services stand which is located in front of "The Loaf" building. NOTE: The Guest Services stand and/or park may not open until the park opens to the public, and therefore arriving late may cause you to miss evening ERT.
Cancellation
Policy: To cancel, contact Mike Matscherz at mmatscherz@aceonline.org. No refunds will be issued after July 12.
REFUNDS AND REGISTRATION FEES: Refunds will be given by the established deadline.
Registration fees will not be prorated for partial attendance and tickets are nontransferable.
The payment of registration fees by, for or on behalf of participants releases and holds harmless the American Coaster Enthusiasts Worldwide Inc., and its Officers, Directors, Executive Committee Members and representatives from any and all liabilities related to those activities. Members are expected to abide by ACE’s code of conduct at all times during the event, and are also responsible for the conduct of their non-member guests. Should you need special accommodations such as a wheelchair, speech/hearing, etc. please reach out to the participating park prior to the event date.
