Join the American Coaster Enthusiasts of Eastern Pennsylvania for the 3rd annual Clowning Around at Dorney Park event on Saturday, June 29, 2024!  This is a very special year because ACE will be joining Dorney Park and Philadelphia Toboggan Coasters, Inc. in celebrating the 100th anniversary of Thunderhawk PLUS the opening of the park's newest roller coaster, Iron Menace.  Enjoy Dorney Park with the American Coaster Enthusiasts for a fun filled day of great friends, VIP Food Station Lunch, presentations, morning ERT on Thunderhawk and Scrambler and evening ERT on Iron Menace and M.T. Buckets!

This event is only for ACE members and their guests!  Event registration is required to participate in all of the activities organized and hosted by the American Coaster Enthusiasts and Dorney Park.

Admission to Dorney Park
A catered lunch
1 hour of morning ERT on Thunderhawk and Scrambler
1 hour of evening ERT on Iron Menace and M.T. Buckets

Tentative Schedule:
8:30-9 AM - Event Check In
9-10 AM - ERT on Thunderhawk and Scrambler
10 AM-10 PM - Dorney Park open to public
TBA - Thunderhawk 100th Anniversary celebration (including presentations from Dorney Park, Philadelphia Toboggan Coasters, Inc. and ACE)
TBA - VIP Group Lunch - Food Stations
*10-11 PM - ERT on Iron Menace and M.T. Buckets
* ERT will begin after the ride queues are cleared of guests.  This typically takes 30-45 minutes.

Station #1:

Inclement weather, equipment problems or other unforeseen circumstances may affect the above schedule. The park will do its best to provide ride times and rides as listed however, the schedule of events remains tentative and is subject to change based on the park's operational status and local health restrictions at the time of the event. ACE Member with Season Pass: $35.00
ACE Member without Season Pass: $66.00
Guest with Season Pass: $45.00
Guest without Season Pass: $76.00

Registration Directions:
There is no late or day of registration option for this event.
You must be a member of ACE to attend or be accompanied by a member who is also registered to attend the event. If only non-members are listed on the registration, please indicate the name of the registered member of whom you are a guest.
No materials will be sent to you in advance. All materials (admission ticket, etc.) will be provided to you at the event.
An email with information about attending the event will be sent to you shortly before the event.
If you arrive after the scheduled check-in time, your registration materials will be left at the guest relations office at the park's main entrance. Note however that the guest relations office and/or park gates may not open until the park opens to the public, and therefore arriving late may cause you to miss morning ERT.

SEASON PASS DISCOUNT:
You must also provide your full name and season pass number when registering for the event. Dorney Park will be using this information to confirm that your pass is valid and active. Please note that if you register as a season pass holder, you are responsible for bringing your valid season pass with you to the event and using it to be admitted into the park, as admission tickets will not be provided.

REFUNDS AND REGISTRATION FEES:
Refunds will be given by the established deadline. Registration fees will not be prorated for partial attendance and tickets are nontransferable. To cancel, contact Mike Matscherz at mmatscherz@aceonline.org. No refunds will be issued after June 15.
