The 30th Anniversary ACE NorCal Holiday Party is Upon Us! Seasons greetings, ACE members! This year marks the 30th ACE NorCal Holiday Party, being held at Gilroy Gardens for the first time ever on Saturday, December 2nd! And, registration is NOW OPEN!
If this will be your first time attending the holiday party, you will not want to miss out, especially with it being such a big milestone year for us! As usual, the infamous White Elephant Gift Exchange is on tap, but more excitingly, the Auction returns, with rare and collectible items provided by California's Great America, the Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk, Six Flags Discovery Kingdom, and more. Looking for awesome gifts for that special coaster someone? This is your chance.

12:45 PM: Event check-in begins outside Main Entrance
1:15 PM: Attendees enter the park and head towards the Events Plaza
1:30 PM: 4:00 PM - White Elephant Gift Exchange & Auction at the Events Plaza
4:00 PM: Group photo, attendees
return to cars with gifts/auction items
4:30 PM: Informal Takeover of Timber Twister
5:00 PM: Informal Takeover of Quicksilver Express
6:00 PM – 7:00 PM: Grand Holiday Feast in Events Plaza
7:00 PM – 9:00 PM: Free time to explore
North Pole Nights
9:00 PM: Gilroy Gardens closes, event ends
Inclement
weather, equipment problems or other unforeseen circumstances may
affect the above schedule. The park will do its best to provide ride
times and rides as listed however, the schedule of events remains
tentative and is subject to change based on the park's operational
status and local health restrictions at the time of the event. E-mail

Grand Holiday Feast Menu: Hand-carved slow-roasted Turkey, Honey Baked Ham, Mashed Potato Bar, Roasted Vegetables, Homestyle Stuffing, Kale Salad with Champagne Vinaigrette (Kale,
Sliced Apples, Sliced Almonds & Feta Cheese), dinner rolls, and Hot Dogs for the kids. Pumpkin Pie for dessert, Coca-Cola beverages and Hot Chocolate.
ADMISSION INFORMATION: Event
ticket includes White Elephant Gift Exchange, Auction, and Grand Holiday Feast. Park Admission is NOT included with your event ticket. If you need park admission, please select the FREE ticket above to express interest in purchasing a discounted admission
ticket. We are still working with the park on this pricing. Once available, we will offer another ticket option above. We will reach out to you once that has happened.
GIFT EXCHANGE RULES: Bring a roller coaster / theme park related gift if you want to participate! Common gifts include t-shirt, map bundles, books, movies, novelty items, small models (Coasterdynamix), dishware, and antiques. First time participating? Approximately $25
in value is a good start, but we've had a wide variety over the years - there aren'r rules! Bring a single item or a box of goodies. Participation is not mandatory, but you'll definitely wish you did if you don't!
Registration Details:
ACE Member: $23.00 plus $2.15 fees
Non ACE Member Early Registration: $33.00 plus $2.65 fees
PARKING IS FREE! Be sure to mention you are attending the ACE event at the toll plaza.
REGISTRATION DEADLINE: Thursday, November 30th, 2023 at 12:00 noon PST.
The payment of registration fees by, for or on behalf of participants releases and holds harmless the American Coaster Enthusiasts Worldwide Inc., and its Officers, Directors, Executive Committee Members and representatives from any and all liabilities related to those activities. Members are expected to abide by ACE’s code of conduct at all times during the event, and are also responsible for the conduct of their non-member guests. Should you need special accommodations such as a wheelchair, speech/hearing, etc. please reach out to the participating park prior to the event date.
