All-you-care-to-eat: Tossed salad, roast turkey with pan gravy, meatloaf, green beans, mashed potatoes, coleslaw, fresh rolls and butter and fruit crisp.
Gluten Free option: The above menu will be adjusted so that any recipes or servings
will be made gluten free and provided on a separate plate.
Vegetarian/Vegan option - Pasta Primavera, which is served with a vegan Penne Pasta, marinara sauce, onions, peppers, carrots and seasonal vegetables.

The payment of registration fees by, for or on behalf of participants releases and holds harmless the American Coaster Enthusiasts Worldwide Inc., and its Officers, Directors, Executive Committee Members and representatives from any and all liabilities related to those activities. Members are expected to abide by ACE’s code of conduct at all times during the event, and are also responsible for the conduct of their non-member guests. Should you need special accommodations such as a wheelchair, speech/hearing, etc. please reach out to the participating park prior to the event date.
HOTEL INFORMATION: The Red Lion Hotel is located 10 minutes from Harrisburg International Airport (MDT), 10 minutes from downtown Harrisburg, 20 minutes from Hershey and 90 minutes from Dorney Park. The hotel is also the site of Eastcoaster.
Amenities include free parking, free wifi, indoor pool, fitness center, on site restaurant and bar and more. A free airport shuttle to Harrisburg International Airport (MDT) is available and is based upon availability during the times of 7am to 9pm. Please refer to the website for a complete list of amenities and services.
RATE: $109 per room per night (plus taxes and hotel fees). Rate is valid for the nights of February 9-11, 2024. This rate is valid for a standard room with one king bed and sofa or two queen beds.

DEADLINE: Room must be reserved by January 26, 2024. Availability is limited and may sell out before the deadline date. Make sure to reserve early. All no shows and individual room cancellations received within 24 hours of the scheduled arrival will be billed at the contracted room rate.
