Come join us on Saturday, January 27th at SeaWorld San Antonio for ACE South Central Winterfest! Our first event of the new year will include presentations from parks near and far, breakfast, lunch, ERT and more!
For those of you who are new to ACE and have never attended a Winterfest event, this event is more of a conference type event where representatives from various parks join us to talk about their parks and upcoming additions and events. Most of the day will be spent indoors listening to presentations. The only scheduled time in the park is after the event ends for ERT as listed below. Please take note of the following items regarding this event: 1.) This is an event exclusive to ACE members and their guests. To attend Winterfest you must be a current ACE member or be invited by an ACE member as a guest. 2.) There is a limit of 2 guests per ACE member. 3.) You must be present in
the venue to receive handouts, door prizes, etc. Friends or family cannot collect your items for you. 4.) Once the registration deadline has passed there will be no refunds. Once we inform SeaWorld of the number of attendees, that is what we
have to pay for. 5.) No video recording or streaming is allowed during park presentations unless the park representative and the regional rep team say it is ok. Anyone caught violating this rule will be asked to leave. 6.) Photos are allowed
unless otherwise specified. 7.) Attendees are expected to give their full attention to the presenters - no side conversations or phone calls allowed inside while presentations are taking place.
Tentative Schedule (A full schedule will be available on the day of the event.):
Park Hours are 10:30am-5:00pm pending final 2024 operating schedule 8:00am-9:00am: Check-in and continental breakfast (Note: Check-in will end at 8:45am, if you arrive after 8:45am you will not be able to enter) 9:00am-12:00pm: Presentations
in Sea Star Theater. (A list of presenters will be communicated closer to the event date as confirmations come in.) 12:00pm-1:30pm: Lunch at Seaside Landing 1:30pm-5:30pm: Presentations in Sea Star Theater 6:00pm-7:00pm: ERT on Tidal Surge, Texas Stingray, Steel Eel, Great White and Wave Breaker
Inclement weather, equipment problems or other unforeseen circumstances may affect the above schedule. The park will do its best to provide ride times and rides as listed however, the schedule of events remains tentative and is subject to change based on the park's operational status and local health restrictions at the time of the event. Deadline to register is Thursday, January 11th. There will be NO late registrations.
The payment of registration fees by, for or on behalf of participants releases and holds harmless the American Coaster Enthusiasts Worldwide Inc., and its Officers, Directors, Executive Committee Members and representatives from any and all liabilities related to those activities. Members are expected to abide by ACE’s code of conduct at all times during the event, and are also responsible for the conduct of their non-member guests. Should you need special accommodations such as a wheelchair, speech/hearing, etc. please reach out to the participating park prior to the event date.
