ACE Region Europe is proud to present Summerfest 24: Back to the Classics – UK edition Summerfest 24: Back to the Classics – UK edition , a full week, all-organized coaster trip in the UK. We have planned a great schedule so that this will be an experience like never before.
The ACE Europe team is currently working with the parks regarding ERT's, BackStage Tours and more.
Important Information: If you so choose to continue your trip we had added the possibility to bring you from the Summerfest event from a coach bus to the starting point of the ACE's Journey to Central Europe trip!

Coach bus will be driving back to Heathrow Airport (Terminal 5), P+R Kinepolis
Antwerp (Train Station), P+R Prinsenbeek Breda (Train Station) and finally last stop at NH Hotel in Utrecht (Starting Point ACE's Journey to Central Europe trip!)
Inclement weather, equipment problems or other unforeseen circumstances may affect the above schedule. The park will do its best to provide ride times and rides as listed however, the schedule of events remains tentative and is subject to change based on the park's operational status and local health restrictions at the time of the event. E-mail regional representative team for more information or if you have any questions.
Important Information:
1. The Maximum number of attendees are 90 passengers! If we reach 90, FULL is FULL! After that we start with a waiting List!
2. Currently the ACE Europe Region has booked 38 double rooms and 14 single rooms.

Pricing Information:
Participants will need to pay a down payment of 500€ (all payments need to be in Euros).
Down payment received means also that you’re confirmed on the trip and will receive a confirmation email.
The rest of the payment
needs to be made two months before the trip (End of April 2024).
The remaining payment depends on the number of people on the trip. Below are the estimated prices for the trip. The final price could be a bit lower or higher!!
31-40 people on the trip:

Double room: 1760€ pp
41-50 people on the trip:
Single room: 2225€ pp
Double room: 1640€ pp
51-60 people on the trip:
Single room: 2150€ pp
Double room: 1560€ pp
61 – 70 people on the trip:

Double room: 1510€ pp
71 – 80 people on the trip:
Single room: 2060€ pp

81 – 90 people on the trip:

FAQ:
What does the price cover?
The price covers all entrance tickets to the parks, hotels & transportation with the coach bus and lunches in some parks.
What if I need to cancel my participation on this trip?
If you cancel before the 31st of March you get a full refund from us. After that date, there is nothing we can do about this because we have to confirm the rooms and transportation.
I also want to join the ACE's Journey to Central Europe trip, can I?
No problem at all, A coach bus will bring you to the starting point of the trip on the 6th of July (Hotel in Utrecht!)
