The 42nd annual South Central Region winter event is a great opportunity to reconnect with friends, other members, guests and industry representatives. This year’s event will take place at an all new location just outside of Austin, TX— Home of the United States Grand Prix - Circuit of The Americas Your day at Winterfest will include: speakers, presentations, game(s), door prizes and lunch. You must be physically present at the event and at the meeting location to receive any door prizes and park hand-outs.
Schedule (DO NOT BE LATE! There will be no late entry):
9:00 a.m. to 9:20 a.m.—Registration at park entrance—DO NOT BE LATE!
9:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.—Presentations, Door Prizes
12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m.—Lunch
1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.—Presentations, Game(s), Door Prizes, Raffle
4:00 p.m.—Rides and construction tour
*Inclement weather, equipment problems or other unforeseen circumstances may affect the schedule.

Advance members- $25.00
Advance non-members- $45.00
Non-ACE members must register as guests of a current ACE member who is also attending the event. Limit 2 guests per member. Attendee substitutions will only be considered if the Regional Rep Team is contacted at least 1 week before the event. Registration required for ages 3 and up. An ACE membership number is required to attend at the ACE rate. Once the registration deadline has passed, refunds may not be available.

Registration forms must be postmarked by January 09, 2023. All registered will have catered meal ordered for them and in the event of not being able to attend, the registered member may not be entitled to a refund.Make all checks payable to Jason Knutson and mail this form by January 9th to:

The payment of registration fees by, for or on behalf of participants releases and holds harmless American Coaster Enthusiasts, Inc. and its Officers, Executive Committee Members, Regional Representatives and other representatives from any and all liabilities related to those activities. The payment of registration fees by, for or on behalf of participants acknowledges that an inherent risk of exposure to Covid-19 exists in public places where people are present and that attendees voluntarily assume all risks to exposure to Covid-19 and holds harmless American Coaster Enthusiasts, Inc. and its Officers, Executive Committee Members, Regional Representatives and other representatives from any and all illness and injury. All attendees (including non-members) are expected to follow the ACE Code of Conduct which can be found at www.aceonline.org/conduct/ ACE members will be held responsible for the actions of any of their guests.
