Eastcoaster returns after a three year hiatus for another exciting year at the sweetest place on earth, Hersheypark, on Saturday, February 4, 2023! The event will take place in Hersheypark's Music Box Theatre and will feature presentations from your favorite amusement parks, legendary manufacturers, a delicious lunch in the Coaster Cafe employee cafeteria, meet friends old and new, surprises, door prizes, silent auctions and more! This event is only open to ACE members and their guests!

There is no late or day of registration option for this event.
You must be a member of ACE to attend or be accompanied by a member who is also registered to attend the event. If only non-members are listed on the registration, please indicate the name of the registered member of whom you are a guest.
No mail in registration will be available for this event.
No materials will be sent to you in advance. All materials (admission ticket, etc.) will be provided to you at the event.
If you provide an email address, an email with information about attending the event, will be sent to you shortly before the event.
Cancellation Policy: To cancel, contact Mike Matscherz at mmatscherz@aceonline.org. No refunds will be issued after January 18, 2023.

For reservations at Hershey Lodge (Please be aware that the room block cut-off date is January 10, 2023):

After the cut-off date, rooms and/or group rate may no longer be available. Attendees who prefer to call to make reservations may call 855-729-3108 and ask for the room block for Eastcoaster at Hershey Lodge, Thursday, February 2nd to Sunday, February 5th, 2023. The reservations team is available seven days a week from 8 AM - 8 PM to assist you. Cancellations must be made fourteen (14) days prior to the day of arrival. No changes or cancellations are permitted within fourteen days of arrival.
Room rate is: $140 per room per night plus 11% taxes = $155.40

EASTCOASTER BAKE SALE
The bake sale will be open throughout Eastcoaster 2023. If you would like to donate baked goods or a matching monetary donation, contact Chris Smilek by email. All proceeds go to the ACE Preservation Fund.


HERSHEYPARK BEHIND THE SCENES TOUR
Enjoy an in-park tour of the Sweetest Place on Earth, Hersheypark! The tour will take place on Friday, February 3, 2023. You do not have to be an Eastcoaster attendee to enjoy this FREE tour. You’ll visit select locations and rides in the park. The meeting location and time is still being sorted out. Follow the ACE Eastern PA Facebook page and TicketLeap for updates as more information becomes available. Dress for the weather; tours are outside. Latecomers cannot be accommodated.

Please be aware that activities in this schedule may be subject to change owing to circumstances beyond the control of ACE or our host park. These include, but are not limited to, inclement weather or circumstances that may affect ride availability and safe operation, equipment problems or availability of facilities for planned activities. The park will make every effort to adhere to the posted schedule, with all rides open as scheduled, and to inform ACE and attendees of any necessary changes.

COVID-19 UPDATE
The greatest concern of American Coaster Enthusiasts is the health, safety and enjoyment of its members. To ensure continued safety, ACE is closely monitoring the ever-evolving (and rapidly improving) COVID-19 situation. As a result, we ask that you respect the wishes of ACE and the park. Please follow and respect all safety procedures instituted by Hersheypark, our host for the event.

We realize that many of you attending may be seeing some of your ACE friends for the first time in quite a while. We know that you'll be happy to see one another, but given health concerns, we suggest that you follow common protocols for health safety. Not everyone is fully vaccinated and everyone has different comfort levels in terms of being in close proximity to others. Please be respectful of other members and allow a safe distance between one another, unless it's made clear by all involved that closer proximity is welcomed.
