Join the American Coaster Enthusiasts of Eastern Pennsylvania for our first ever Mayhem at Wonderland event on Sunday, September 25, 2022!  Enjoy Dutch Wonderland with the American Coaster Enthusiasts for a fun filled day of great friends, a lunch feast, behind the scene tours and ERT on Kingdom Coaster and Merlin's Mayhem!

This event is only for ACE members and their guests!  Event registration is required to participate in all of the activities organized and hosted by the American Coaster Enthusiasts and Dutch Wonderland.

ONE SWEET WEEKEND!
Spend the weekend with the ACE Eastern Pennsylvania region!  CocoaCon at Hersheypark will take place the day before Mayhem at Wonderland on Saturday, September 24, 2022.  Enjoy all that the park has to offer plus evening ERT on Great Bear, a delicious meal, a Behind the Scene tour, ITOTs and more!  CLICK HERE for more information!

• 8:30 - 9 AM - Event Check In
• 9 - 10 AM - ERT on Kingdom Coaster and Merlin's Mayhem
• 10 AM - 6 PM - Dutch Wonderland open to public
• 10:00 AM - ITOT on Joust
• 10:30 AM - ITOT on Bumper Cars
• 11:00 AM - ITOT on Wonderland Special Train Ride
• 12 - 1 PM - Group Lunch, Q&A session with Dutch Wonderland and Group Photo at Millstream Catering area
• Behind the Scene Tours (Must sign up when you check in at the event)
  • 2 time slots - 1 PM and 1:30 PM - Photo Walk back for Kingdom Coaster
  • 2 time slots - 1 PM and 1:30 PM - Merlin's Mayhem control room
• 2:00 PM - ITOT on Double Splash Flume

All-You-Care-to-Eat - Mac ‘n cheese bar with crumbled sausage, bacon and pulled pork, corn dog nuggets, soft pretzel bites, applesauce cups, carrot sticks, root beer or orange soda floats with vanilla ice cream and Pepsi fountain drinks.

REGISTRATION DIRECTIONS

• There is no late or day of registration option for this event.
• You must be a member of ACE to attend or be accompanied by a member who is also registered to attend the event. If only non-members are listed on the registration, please indicate the name of the registered member of whom you are a guest.
• Online registration is available until Sunday, September 11, 2022 at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time.
• No mail in registration will be available for this event.
• SEASON PASS DISCOUNT: Please note that if you register as a season pass holder,(either a Dutch Wonderland Season Pass or Palace Platinum Season Pass) you are responsible for bringing your valid season pass with you to the event and using it to be admitted into the park, as admission tickets will not be provided.
• No materials will be sent to you in advance. All materials (admission ticket, etc.) will be provided to you at the event.
• If you provide an email address, an email with information about attending the event, will be sent to you shortly before the event.
• If you have registered in advance and arrive after the scheduled check-in time, your registration materials will be left at the guest relations office at the park's main entrance. Note however that the guest relations office and/or park gates may not open until the park opens to the public, and therefore arriving late may cause you to miss morning ERT.
• Cancellation Policy: To cancel, contact Mike Matscherz at mmatscherz@aceonline.org. No refunds will be issued after September 16.

Please be aware that activities in this schedule may be subject to change owing to circumstances beyond the control of ACE or our host park. These include, but are not limited to, inclement weather or circumstances that may affect ride availability and safe operation, equipment problems or availability of facilities for planned activities. The park will make every effort to adhere to the posted schedule, with all rides open as scheduled, and to inform ACE and attendees of any necessary changes.

The greatest concern of American Coaster Enthusiasts is the health, safety and enjoyment of its members. To ensure continued safety, ACE is closely monitoring the ever-evolving (and rapidly improving) COVID-19 situation. As a result, we ask that you respect the wishes of ACE and the park.

Please follow and respect all safety procedures instituted by Dutch Wonderland, our host for the event.

We realize that many of you attending may be seeing some of your ACE friends for the first time in quite a while. We know that you'll be happy to see one another, but given health concerns, we suggest that you follow common protocols for health safety. Not everyone is fully vaccinated and everyone has different comfort levels in terms of being in close proximity to others. Please be respectful of other members and allow a safe distance between one another, unless it's made clear by all involved that closer proximity is welcomed.
