Cancellation Policy: Cancellation for any reason may be submitted in writing to the Florida Regional Representative no later than scheduled Registration Closure. Cancellations due to COVID-19 related illness may occur up to 5 days before the event and must be submitted in writing to the Florida Regional Representative to receive a full refund. Refunds will be provided in the same form as purchased. Cancel requests can be submitted via email or online at https://ace-florida-region.square.site/cancellation-request
