Fridays’ preliminary schedule:
10am CDT: Check-In begins for HoliWood Nights
3pm: Voyage and Thunderbird photo/video walkback followed by snacks at Thunderbird
6:45pm: Hors d’oeuvres on Bahari Wave Beach
6:45 – 8:30pm: Wildebeest, Mammoth, Cheetah Chase, and Bahari Wave ERT
7:45 – 11pm: Thunderbird, Voyage, Legend, and Raven ERT
7:45 – 8:30pm: Gobbler Getaway ERT
8:30-10pm: Pizza buffet in Good Old Days Picnic Grove
8:45 – 9:30pm: Turkey Whirl and Crow’s Nest ERT
9:45 – 10:30pm: HallowSwings and Mayflower ERT
9:30pm: Experiential auction concludes
11pm: ERT ends
Saturday’s preliminary schedule:

First Theme Park” book signing and Meet & Greet in Good Old Days

Registration:
Capacity is still limited so we can deliver the best possible experience
(though we decided we could increase our capacity some from last year).Most importantly, please note that tickets will be available on a first-come, first-served basis this year starting at 11am CENTRAL time on Tuesday, December 6. Depending on the popularity, you may be put in a “waiting room.” If that
happens, please wait patiently, as you’ll be put in a queue to enter
the store and you’ll be allowed in as soon as a purchase is complete, or
someone exits the shop.At least one person in each purchase group must be a partner club
member, but each member can bring three additional Guests. (That’s four
total tickets per transaction). One event ticket price—the Season Passholder price will not be
offered this year. The price for two days of ERT, walkbacks, fun, and
food is now $140 per person (and if you’re planning ahead and want to
split the processing fee, it’s $6.99).
