How to Print Temporary Membership Cards
Share |

ACE sends new membership cards to members when they join ACE, renew their membership or purchase replacement cards for lost or damaged cards. It can take up to four weeks from the time when ACE processes the transaction until members receive the new membership cards by postal mail. In the meantime members may need their cards for an event or to take advantage of ACE membership benefits.

Every member with a current, non-expired membership can print temporary membership cards as follows:

  1. If you are not already signed in to this site, do so by clicking the Sign In link in the upper right corner of this page.

  2. After signing in, you will be taken to your member profile page. If you do not see it, or you are already signed in, click here for your member profile.

  3. From the member profile page, click the link to the right just under your name that says Print temporary membership card. Note that the membership card page can also be reached by using the Membership menu at the top of the page to navigate to Manage My Profile and then clicking on the Membership Card icon or link.
  4. Use your browser's print button or Ctrl-P or command-P to print the membership card page.

COUPLE AND FAMILY MEMBERSHIPS

For current, non-expired couple and family memberships, each member who is part of the membership can print his or her temporary membership card using the above instructions. In addition, the person who is designated as the "master account" for the membership can also print temporary membership cards for all of the other couple or family members as follows:

  1. If you are not already signed in to this site, do so by clicking the Sign In link in the upper right corner of this page.

  2. After printing out your own temporary membership card from the instructions above, if needed, use the Membership menu at the top of the page to navigate to Manage My Profile.

  3. Click on the Additional Couple Membership or Additional Family Members icon or link, depending on which type membership you have.     Note that you will see this icon ONLY if you are designed as the "master account" for the membership. If you do not see the icon, you cannot print temporary membership cards for other family members. The member with the master account would have to do it.

  4. Locate the member whose card should be printed in the list of sub-accounts (i.e., couple or family members) at the bottom of the page.

  5. Click on the green arrow icon  to the left of the member's name to sign in as that person.

  6. From the other member's profile page, click the link to the right just under his or her name that says Print temporary membership card. If you do not see that link, the membership card page can also be reached by using the Membership menu at the top of the page to navigate to Manage My Profile and then clicking on the Membership Card icon or link.

  7. When your couple or family member's personalized membership card appears, use your browser's print button or Ctrl-P or command-P to print the membership card page.

  8. Repeat this process for each additional member card needed. Note that you need to start signed in as the master account holder again first before you can access another family member's sub-account.
