Waterville USA, Gulf Shores, Alabama, announced on June 26 that it will permanently remove the park's roller coaster, Cannonball Run, at the end of the 2018 season in September.
The removal of the roller coaster, which has been part of the amusement park since 1995, is to make room for other attractions.
Those wanting to get in a thrill ride before the roller coaster is replaced can enjoy it until September 16.
No details about what will replace Cannonball Run were revealed.
