For those of you who don't know me, I'm Colin. I recently stepped into a new role within ACE as one of the two new coordinators for the Discord Committee. I'm aware that there isn't a public link to access the Discord server on the website, and so I wanted to post one here for anyone who happens to check here.

Discord is a platform that aims to bring communities together through a mix of communication flows. Think of it as IRC, TeamSpeak, and a forum all rolled into one. Going forward we plan to make it a space where we can all come together to talk about our favorite coasters, plan meetups, share photos and memories, and discuss plans for events along with rooming/travel arrangements.

When I was at the park yesterday, they would not honor this discount and acted like it didn't exist. Even after I told them that it is clearly stated on the ACE website, they said that it must be something that has to be done through ACE. Can someone let me know, and also, if this is not correct, who can I contact about making sure their employees know what the policy is?

I very recently joined ACE (family membership), and am still learning the ropes here so I apologize if I do this wrong. My two boys (who joined also, but they don't know yet--it's a surprise!)  recently co-hosted a podcast about roller coasters for Brains On. They were quite excited to secure an interview with Alan Schilke, who is featured somewhat prominently in the podcast. Is posting it here, as I just did, okay? Is there a better place to give people a heads-up about such matters? Should I have posted it on that wall-type feature I see on my ACE homepage?

Just looking for the best way to share this sort of info. I am very excited to have joined ACE, and I know my kids will be too!

Here is mine. On the ACE website, there is a Links page. On that page, you list all of the regional websites. What I've been hoping to see for a while now is a list of the regional Facebook Pages and/or Groups, Twitter Accounts, and any other Social Media the regions are using. It's difficult to search for it on your own as there isn't much consistency in how each region names it's various accounts. I think I have found them all. But, it would definitely help promote the club more if these things were easier to find.
