GhostRider to Reopen June 11

Knott's Berry Farm has announced that GhostRider, billed as the longest, tallest and fastest wooden coaster on the West Coast, will reopen June 11, 2016.

The wooden coaster was closed at the beginning of January of this year for an extensive refurbishment that involved replacing and modifying the track layout to smooth out what was a rough ride, and make it a little faster.

All of the coasters trains will be replaced with new Millennium Flyer trains designed to look like mining cars, each with gold, silver, or copper accents, which will also make the ride smoother.
