ZIPPIN PIPPIN RIDES AGAIN

After more than 3 years of searching, red tape, and construction, the Zippin Pippin rides again...this time in Green Bay, Wisconsin. Utilizing the trains and other hardware from another Tennessee coaster, Thunder Eagle, the Zippin Pippin carried its first paying customers on May 21st.

Green Bay wanted to make sure that their Zippin Pippin was a close to the original design as possible while updating it to meet modern construction and safety codes. Martin and Vleminckx and Gravity Group were hired to accomplish this.

The result is the rebirth of a John Miller classic with it's own unique feel, while providing the type of airtime that you would expect from something that the Gravity Group would be associated with.

While the ride may be a bit off the beaten, it is well worth the trip. And at $1.00 per ride, it may very well be the best deal in coasterdom.
