Boardwalk Bullet has reopened

Boardwalk Bullet, the 2007 Gravity Group / Martin & Vleminckx wood coaster at Kemah Boardwalk in Texas has reopened after being closed due to the devastating effects on the area from Hurricane Ike. The coaster was once again thrilling guests on Friday evening, November 14.

The Kemah Boardwalk entertainment district closed in the wake of Hurricane Ike on September 12. Almost all of the attractions in the area suffered some sort of damage. Currently eight restaurants have reopened. Of the remaining rides, some will have to be replaced, others are still being repaired, but the C.P. Huntington train is running in addition to the coaster.
